Five signs an owner may be ready to sell
Agents who prospect well don't call at random. They look for signals.
1. Time held
Owners who have held longer than the suburb's typical time between sales are more likely to move.
2. Nearby sales
Several sales in the same street often prompt neighbours to ask what their home is worth.
3. An expired listing
A withdrawn or expired listing in the last 18 months shows intent.
4. Absentee owners
Investors with tenants review their portfolios regularly.
5. Sales history
Some homes simply change hands more often.
Prophub's Likely to Sell score combines all five, and shows the reasons on every property.
